三倍体古老月季在月季育种中的应用及其子代倍性分析

摘要
为了探究三倍体中国古老月季的育种价值,本研究以4个三倍体中国古老月季为材料,通过杂交结实情况进行育性研究,并利用流式细胞术结合染色体压片对后代进行倍性检测来获得三倍体可育配子信息。结果显示:供试三倍体材料雌性不育,部分雄性可育,‘春水绿波’、‘羽士妆’可做父本且可产生大量后代;‘春水绿波’、‘羽士妆’做父本的4x♀×3x♂杂交组合中的后代为全部为四倍体,其为后代提供了2x配子;杂交子代可获得结实,可作为母本与三倍体回交。本研究表明‘春水绿波’、‘羽士妆’既可作为亲本也可作为中间材料将中国古老月季优秀基因传递到现代月季基因库中,并为后续三倍性育种研究提供理论基础。
        In order to explore triploid old roses' value in hybridization, fertility of 4 triploid roses was estimated based on hybridization, and progenies of triploids were tested and analyzed by flow cytometry and chromosome compression method to obtain the information of triploid viable gametes. The results showed that 4 triploid was female-sterile but partly male-fertile, for Rosa 'Yushizhuang' and Rosa 'Chunshuilvbo' can produce many progenies;progenies of 4 x ♀ ×3 x ♂ combination which Rosa 'Yushizhuang' or Rosa 'Chunshuilvbo' as male parent are all tetraploid with offering 2 x pollen; obtained F1 are fertile and can backcross with triploids as female parent. This study proved Rosa 'Yushizhuang' and Rosa 'Chunshuilvbo' can not only be used as parents but also as intermediate materials to pass excellent genes of chinese old rose into gene pool of modern rose sand provided theoretical basis for future triploidy breeding.
