According to The Legend of Liu Ting from The History of Ming Dynasty by Zhang Ying-yu, Liu Ting, a commander-in-chief in Ming Dynasty, tried to bribe Yang Ying-long's family when he sent armed forces to suppress Yang Ying-long, a Tusi ruler in Bozhou. However, the saying of the emissary of Liu Ting"His bribery is refused by Li Hua-long's father"is not right; instead, it should be"His bribery is refused by Li Hua-long's mother".
