用人工神经网络预测城市地震火灾损失

摘要
利用人工神经网络对城市地震火灾损失进行预测,对指导抗震救灾有一定的帮助。具体做法是根据地震损失与其影响因素之间的非线性映射关系,建立人工神经网络模型,并将其应用于地震火灾损失预测。实例表明该方法有一定的推广价值。
Using the artificial neural networks to forecast the city earthquake and fire damage,a certain help to relieve the disaster is given.The specific procedure is that the artificial neural networks model according to the nonlinear mapping relations between the earthquake damage and its influencing factors is established first,and then it is used to forecast the city earthquake and fire damage.The examples indicat that this method has certain promoted value.
