瓷柱式断路器SF6的抗震性能及阻尼影响研究

摘要
国内外大量地震灾害表明:电瓷型高压电气设备在地震中极易遭到破坏.采用大型通用有限元分析软件,首先对瓷套管与法兰连接弯曲刚度计算系数开展了参数化建模及动力特性分析研究,建立了220 kV瓷柱式SF6断路器的计算模型.然后对220 kV瓷柱式SF6断路器进行了动力特性研究,采用反应谱法进行了地震响应分析和阻尼比影响研究.通过上述研究,提出了瓷套管与法兰连接弯曲刚度计算系数合理取用的方法,充分认识了瓷柱式电气设备的抗震性能和支架刚度、阻尼比等影响因素.研究对今后变电站电气设备抗震设计及改善电气设备的抗震性能具有一定的借鉴意义.
A large number of earthquake disasters at home and abroad show that high-voltage electrical porcelain electrical equipments are vulnerable subject to earthquake.Using the finite element analysis software,a 220 kV porcelain column circuit breaker SF6 calculation model is established based on analyzing parametric modeling and dynamic characteristics of bending stiffness coefficient for ceramic casing in connection with the flange.Dynamic characteristics for the FEA model were studied.Using response spectrum method,seismic response analysis and studies of the impact of damping ratio are developed.Through this research,a reasonable calculation method for bending stiffness coefficient of ceramic casing and the flange connection is brought forward.Some conclusions are drawn for the porcelain column of aseismic performance of electrical equipment and influencing factors on bracket stiffness and damping ratio.This research has some certain reference to aseismic design of substation electrical equipment and to improve the aseismic performance of electrical equipments.
