德阳地区地震致骨伤伤情及处理分析

摘要
目的探讨地震骨伤的伤情及处理方法。方法分析"5.12汶川大地震"后收入德阳二院的伤者986例(男性601例,女性385例),分析其骨伤特点。结果986例入院伤者中获得完整检诊资料的骨伤患者974例,其中合并骨折的多发伤563例(占57.8%),挤压综合征47例(占4.85%),软组织损伤363例(占37.3%),四肢骨折389例(占39.9%),脊柱骨折244例(占25.1%),骨盆骨折102例(占10.4%),其他部位骨折195例(占20.0%)。结论本次地震伤中,以骨伤患者最多,且以合并骨折的多发伤为主。但一线救援处理措施存在不足,需加强基层一线医务人员的相关理论培训。
Objective To study the assessment and treatment of the wounded with bone injury due to the earthquake in Deyang city.Methods Up to 986(male 601 cases,female 385 cases) cases of earthquake victims registered in the second hospital of Deyang city were analysed,and the characteristics of wound were summarized.Results In 986 inpatients,974 cases suffered from fracture,and many patients suffered from combined injury: multiple injury were 563 cases(57.8%),crush syndrome 47 cases(4.85%),soft tissue injury 363 cases(37.3%),fracutre of extremities 389 cases(39.9%),fracture of spine 244 cases(25.1%),pelvic fracture 102 cases(10.4%),fractures of sites not mentioned above 195 cases(20.0%).Conclusion The major wound of the earthquake victims is fracture.The most common situation is multiple injuries combined with fracture.Many shortcomings were found on the front line rescue,showing that systematic training on rescue to the community medical staff is necessary.
