摘要

以合肥置地广场·柏悦中心C座的结构选型为例,分析了超高层结构采用混合结构和混凝土结构的优缺点,通过综合论证分析,选择了前期一次性投资较低的混凝土结构方案为该项目的结构体系,为类似项目提供了设计依据。
Based on the structural scheme selection of Hefei Landsquare·Brilliant center tower C,this paper compared the advantage and disadvantage between mixed structure and concrete structure for super high-rise building. After comprehensive comparison,concrete structure was chosen as the structural scheme for this tower due to its lower prophase investment. Provides design basis for similar projects.
