摘要
为解决尚庄煤业公司巷道维护难题,通过理论分析和工程试验,增加底角锚杆的加强支护结构,改善了加固区内围岩和巷道周边喷层的受力状况,使锚杆有较好的着力基础,在破碎围岩中形成承载拱。通过软岩巷道支护锚注试验,巷道的剧烈变形基本得到控制;通过注浆试验,巷道顶底板和两帮位移量基本稳定,可靠性提高,满足了安全生产的需要。
For solving roadway maintenance problem in Shangzhuang Coal Company,the force-bearing state on the peripheral concrete-spraying layer of the surrounding rock and roadway in the reinforced area was improved by strengthening the support structure of rock bolts at the bottom angle through theoretical analysis and engineering test,this made the rock bolts have better bearing foundation and a load-bearing arch to be formed in the fractured surrounding rock.The violent deformation of roadway was basically under control by bolting and grouting reinforcing test in the soft rock roadway;through grouting test,the floor and two sides of the roadway basically kept stable,its reliability was improved and can meet the requirement of safe production of the mine.
