低碳城市发展的现状和对策研究——以合肥市为例

摘要
低碳发展已从一个生态问题转变成为影响人类发展的全局性问题。在全球大力发展低碳经济的大背景下,城市作为人类生活的载体,其发展模式和发展轨迹必将成为全球低碳发展的关注焦点。作为中部一线城市,合肥如何走发展低碳经济之路,逐渐成为热点话题。大量有关资料显示,城市交通、城市建筑以及城市工业是阻碍城市发展低碳经济的主要因素,通过对这些主要因素进行分析,能更好地发现关键问题所在,然后在此基础上提出相对有效的对策。通过此方法来研究如何打造低碳合肥是可行的,即在分析了合肥市交通、建筑以及工业的低碳现状的基础上,提出相应的解决措施。
Low-carbon development has changed from an ecological issue into a global issue which is able to exert influence on human development.Against the backdrop of the rapid development of low-carbon economy worldwide,as the carrier of human life,the city's development mode and development path will become the focus of global low-carbon development.As a middle-tier city,Hefei's development of low carbon economy has gradually become a hot topic.A lot of relevant information shows that urban transportation,urban construction and urban industries are the main factors hindering the development of low-carbon economy.Through analyzing these key factors,it is easier to find the key to the problem,and then put forward relatively effective countermeasures.The paper holds that it is feasible to adopt this method to study how to build a low-carbon Hefei.
