摘要

建设国家住宅产业化基地,是合肥市实施工业立市战略的重要手段之一。文章阐述了住宅产业化的概念,分析了国家住宅产业化基地建设的内涵及意义,并以合肥经济技术开发区国家住宅产业化基地为例,进一步论述了国家住宅产业化基地建设的目标、架构及组成。
        To establish national housing industrialization base is one of the important measures for Hefei to implement the strategy of developing by industry. The article expatiates on the concept of housing industrialization, analyzes the connotation and significance of establishing national housing industrialization base and takes the national base in HETDA for example to present a further discussion on the objectives, structure and components of the national housing industrialization base.
