安徽新型城镇化建设中的“镇改市”试点研究

摘要
2014年安徽被确定为国家新型城镇化综合试点省,为进一步推动全省新型城镇化建设,为全国新型城镇化建设提供可复制的经验,安徽正着手实施"镇改市"试点,为摸清安徽"镇改市"试点的基本情况,课题着重分析了安徽"镇改市"试点面临的五大主要困境,并提出了加快安徽"镇改市"试点的建议。
Anhui province was identified as a new national urbanization comprehensive pilot province in 2014. In order to furtherly promote the province's new urbanization construction and provide the experience can be copied for the new urbanization construction all over the country,Anhui is embarking on the"Changing Town into City"pilot. To get basic situation of the pilot,This topic emphatically analyzed the five main difficulties confronted by the pilot,and proposed the advice on speeding up the pilot.
