安徽某铁矿选矿试验方案对比研究

摘要
根据安徽某铁矿的铁矿物和脉石特点,采用阶段磨矿→重选→强磁→反浮选联合工艺流程,依据粗选的侧重点不同,选择三个较佳的方案进行对比试验。其试验结果都能获得品位66%、回收率81%以上的铁精矿。通过对成本、分选效率和稳定性等因素进行比较,最终选择推荐应用于选厂设计的工艺流程。
        By the comparison of the three flow-sheets of gravity separation-high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation,the optimal flow-sheets would be used for the Anhui iron mineral.The perfect flow-sheet would be used as the plant design by the analysis of the result.It would have advantages of low cost,high separation efficiency and stable operation.The gravity separation-high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation flow-sheet has been successfully used to deal with the hematite ore.By the using of flow-sheets for the specularite ore,the concentration results of the all were:iron concentrate grade>66.00% and iron recovery>81%.
