SLon立环脉动高梯度磁选机在安徽开发矿业李楼铁矿的应用

摘要
SLon立环脉动高梯度磁选机具有富集比大。对给矿粒度、浓度和品位波动适应性强;工作可靠、操作维护方便;选矿效率高、磁介质不堵塞、背景场强高等优点。在生产中实现场强连续可调,对安徽李楼镜铁矿的选别发挥越来越重要的作用,生产实践获得铁精矿回收率达到76.97%,精矿品位65.29%,指标达到国内镜铁矿选矿行业之首。
SLon vertical ring and pulsating high gradient magnetic separator has advantages such as high upgrading ratio;high adaptability to fluctuation of feed size,density and grade;high working reliability;convenient operation & maintenance;high dressing efficiency;no jam of magnetic medium;high background field intensity.Besides,the field intensity is continuously adjustable during operation.It plays an increasingly important role in Anhui Lilou iron ore,to obtain recovery of iron ore reached 76.97%,65.29% concentrate grade,indicators reached the mirroriron ore industry.
