安庆长江铁路大桥主桥上部结构施工关键技术

摘要
安庆长江铁路大桥主桥为主跨580m的空间三索面钢桁梁斜拉桥,主梁采用3片主桁的钢桁架结构,桥塔为钢筋混凝土结构,高210m。根据该桥非对称三主桁、超高塔、三索面的特点,钢桁梁采用散拼法架设,无索区6号至7号墩间钢桁梁在膺架上拼装架设,6号至5号墩间钢桁梁采用悬臂架设,有索区钢桁梁除墩顶4个节间采用浮吊散拼架设外,其余均采用悬臂架设;全桥设2个合龙口,采用"长圆孔+圆孔"合龙铰技术,先中跨后边跨合龙。桥塔中、上塔柱采用爬模施工,采取塔梁同步施工技术,索道管分两阶段(在地面平台上将索道管与劲性骨架组装、初调,在塔上微调)进行精确定位。该桥已于2012年12月12日成功实现了全桥钢桁梁多点精确合龙。
        The main bridge of Anqing Changjiang River Railway Bridge is a steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge with spatial triple cable planes and with a main span 580 m.The main girder of the bridge is the truss girder structure consisting of 3 main trusses and the pylons are the reinforced concrete structures,each being 210 m high.In the light of the characteristics of the asymmetric three main trusses,very high pylons and triple cable planes of the bridge,the truss girder was erected by the piece-by-piece assembling method,of which the girder form Pier No.6 to Pier No.7 in the area without stay cables was assembled and erected on scaffolding,the girder from Pier No.6 to Pier No.5 was erected by the cantilever method and for the girder in the area with stay cables,with the exception that the 4 panels of the girder at pier top were assembled and erected by the floating crane,the rest of the girder was erected by the cantilever method.There were two closure gaps designed for the girder of the whole bridge,the girder was closed in the sequence of the central span first and the side span late,using the technique of the closure hinge of "slotted hole+round hole".The middle and upper columns of a pylon were constructed by the climb formwork,using the technique of synchronous construction of the pylon and girder.The cable ducts in a pylon were accurately positioned in two stages(the ducts were installed to the stiff steel skeleton on the land platform and were initially adjusted and late fine adjusted on pylon).The multi-point and accurate closure of the steel truss girder of the bridge was finally successfully completed on December 12,2012.
