巢湖流域城市型重污染河流综合治理技术研究——以合肥市十五里河为例

摘要
在"水十条"对城市黑臭河道提出治理目标的大背景下,以巢湖流域主要入湖河流十五里河为例,提出了巢湖流域典型城市型重污染入湖河流综合治理措施。在对流域概况、水质现状和污染源现状进行调查分析的基础上,对流域主要环境问题进行了识别,结合河道现状治理情况,提出了以源头截污为核心,以过程拦截为辅助,以河道自净为补充,辅以补充生态基流的治理策略。以期为当前正在开展的十五里河综合治理提供对策措施,也为其他类似受污染的城市河流治理提供思路。
Under the background of the great task of Urban Black-odor Rivers treatment proposed by Water Pollution Control Action Plan,the Shiwuli River,which is a main river among rivers around Chaohu Lake,was used for an example to put forward comprehensive countermeasures for heavily polluted urban rivers in Chaohu Lake basin. The major environmental problems of the Shiwuli River catchment were identified based on the investigation and analysis of the catchment general situation,the present situation of water quality and pollution sources. Then,combined with the present situation of the Shiwuli River treatment,the comprehensive countermeasures were proposed,with the sewage interception from sources as the core measure,the transport process interception as the auxiliary measure,the river self-purification as the supplement,the ecological water replenishing as the insurance. In general,through this study,not only useful measures were provided for the ongoing action of the Shiwuli River comprehensive treatment,but also referable ideas were suggested for other similarly polluted urban rivers.
