安徽某锑金矿选矿工艺试验

摘要
安徽某锑金矿主要有用矿物为辉锑矿和金,矿物分布不均匀,嵌布粒度复杂,为高效开发利用该矿石,进行了选矿工艺试验研究。试验结果表明:以先浮锑矿、后浮金砷的优先浮选流程,最终可获得锑品位为63.38%,锑回收率为95.54%,含砷低于0.6%的一级锑精矿,以及金品位为6.87 g/t,金回收率为70.26%的金精矿;较好的实现了锑、金回收,为开发利用该资源提供了技术支持。
        Main useful minerals in an antimony-gold ore are stibnite and gold. Minerals in the ore are unevenly distributed and with complex dissemination. In order to effectively develop and utilize the ore,beneficiation experiments were conducted. Experimental results show that: via antimony preferential flotation and then gold-arsenic flotation process,first level antimony concentrate with antimony grade of63. 38% and recovery of 95. 54%,arsenic content below 0. 6%,gold concentrate with gold grade of6. 87 g / t and recovery of 70. 26% can be obtained. Antimony and gold was fairly recovered,which provide technical support for the development and utilization of the resource.
