旋流电积技术在铜陵有色稀贵分公司阳极泥浸出分铜液电积中的应用

摘要
旋流电积技术应用于处理铜陵有色稀贵分公司阳极泥浸出分铜液,能得到高品位电积铜且能将电解液中的铜浓度降低至0.1 g/L以下,并有效脱除溶液中的砷、锑、铋等杂质。与传统电积脱铜工艺相比,旋流电积技术不仅能产出高品质阴极铜,还能减少黑铜板和黑铜渣量,减少中间产品含铜量,实现密闭作业,消除现场酸雾及有害气体的危害,具有良好的经济效益和社会环境效益。
        Cyclone electrolysis technology is applied to the copper recovery from the anode mud leaching solution of Tongling Nonferrous Rare Branch. The high grade electro-winning copper is obtained,and the copper concentration in the solution can be reduced to below 0. 1 g / L,and the impurities As,Sb and Bi are effectively removed from the solution. Comparing to conventional copper removal process,by using the cyclone electrolysis technology,not only the high quality cathode copper can be produced,but also the production quantity of the black copper plate,black copper slag,and the copper content in the intermediate products,are decreased. The closed operation is achieved,and the hazards of acid mist and harmful gas are eliminated. It is of excellent economic,social and environment benefit.
