“本位之争”:“双一流”建设背景下高校“挖人大战”

摘要
"双一流"建设背景下高校"挖人大战"的实质是"行政本位"与"学术本位"之间的固有冲突。"行政本位"与"学术本位"存在的统一性、合作共赢需求以及合作基础为两者妥协乃至和谐提供了可能,中国的经济基础、良好的政治气氛和增长的学术力量也为二者矛盾的消解提供了客观上的可能性。对"行政本位"与"学术本位"的地位再确认、功能再确认和关系再确认有利于二者矛盾的消解,也有利于将高等教育人才配置导入正轨。
The essence of the " digging war" in Colleges and Universities under the background of " double first-class" construction is the inherent conflict between " administrative standard" and " academic standard". The unity of " administrative standard" and " academic standard",the demand for win-win cooperation and the basis for cooperation provide the possibility of compromise and even harmony between the two. China's huge economic foundation,good political atmosphere and the growing academic strength make it possible to resolve the contradiction between the two. Re-validation of the status,function and relationship of " administrative standard" and " academic standard" is conducive to the resolution of the contradiction between the two,but also conducive to the allocation of higher education personnel into the right track.
