协定产后方治疗子宫复旧不良的临床研究

摘要
目的:探讨协定产后方治疗子宫复旧不良的临床研究。方法:将2016年1月-2017年12月在我院妇产科门诊治疗的82例产后子宫复旧不良患者随机分为两组,对照组采用缩宫素肌注治疗,观察组在此基础上采用我院协定产后方治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、恶露及伴随症状消失时间、子宫复旧情况、中医证候积分。结果:观察组治疗有效率为97.56%,明显高于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后恶露消失时间、子宫压痛消失时间、腰腹重坠消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗后子宫三径明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗后阴道出血量、血质、血色、面色、小腹疼痛及中医证候积分总分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:协定产后方治疗子宫复旧不良的临床效果显著,有利于恶露的早期排尽,改善躯体症状,促进子宫的恢复,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of the Xieding Chanhou prescription(协定产后方) on subinvolution of uterus. Methods: 82 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with oxytocin; the observation group was treated with the Xieding Chanhou prescription more. The effect, disappearance time of lochia and accompanied symptoms, the uterine involution and the TCM syndrome scores were compared; the hip joint function level, quality of life and adverse healing rate were observed. Results: The efficiency in the observation group was 97.56%, and significantly higher than 78.05% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The disappearance time of lochia, the uterine tenderness and waist and abdomen in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). The uterus diameter in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The vaginal bleeding volume, blood quality, blood color, facial color, abdominal pain and total score of TCM syndrome in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group; the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Xieding Chanhou prescription on subinvolution of uterus shows a significant effect, can discharge the lochia as early as possible, improve the somatic symptoms, and promote the recovery of the uterus, shows positive clinical significance.
