摘要
目的研究小建中汤抗疲劳及对免疫的调节作用。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、小建中汤低剂量组、小建中汤中剂量组和小建中汤高剂量组,每组12只,雌雄各半。空白组和模型组大鼠每天给予蒸馏水1 mL灌胃,小建中汤低、中、高剂量组大鼠每天给予浓缩至600 mL/剂、400 mL/剂和200 mL/剂的小建中汤1 mL灌胃,连续灌胃15 d后进行跑步耐受测验,取血检测各组大鼠相关免疫因子白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、IL-6、补体蛋白3(C_3)、C_4、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、IgG和IgM水平。结果小建中汤各组大鼠的跑步时间和路程均明显长于模型组(P均<0.05),并且随着小建中汤剂量的增加,大鼠跑步时间相应延长。模型组血清IL-1、IL-6水平均明显高于空白组(P均<0.05),血清C_3、C_4、IgA、IgG、IgM水平均明显低于空白组(P均<0.05)。小建中汤各组血清IL-1水平和小建中汤中、高剂量组血清IL-6水平均明显低于模型组(P均<0.05),小建中汤中、高剂量组血清C_3、C_4、IgA水平和小建中汤各组血清IgG水平、小建中汤高剂量组血清IgM水平均明显高于模型组(P均<0.05)。结论小建中汤具有抗疲劳的作用,调节免疫功能可能是其抗疲劳的作用机制之一。
Objective It is to study the anti-fatigue and immune regulation of Xiaojianzhong Decoction. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, low-dose Xiaojianzhong Decoction group, medium-dose Xiaojianzhong Decoction group and high-dose Xiaojianzhong Decoction group, 12 rats in each group, half male and half female. The rats in the blank group and model group were intragastrically administered with 1 mL of distilled water per day. The rats in the low, medium and high dose groups of Xiaojianzhong Decoction were given a daily concentration of 600 mL/dose, 400 mL/dose and 200 mL/dose 1 mL of Xiaojianzhong. After treatment for 15 days, running tolerance test was performed, blood samples were taken to detect the levels of related immune factors interleukin-1(IL-1), IL-6 and complement protein 3(C_3), C_4, immunoglobulin A(IgA), IgG and IgM. Results The running time and distance of the rats in Xiaojianzhong Decoction groups were significantly longer than those in the model group(P<0.05), and the running time of the rats was prolonged with the increase of the dose of Xiaojianzhong Decoction. The levels of serum IL-1 and IL-6 in the model group were significantly higher while the serum levels of C_3, C_4, IgA, IgG and IgM were significantly lower than those in the blank group(P<0.05). The levels of serum IL-1 in Xiaojianzhong Decoction groups and serum IL-6 levels in medium and high dose Xiaojianzhong Decoction groups were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.05). The levels of serum C_3, C_4, IgA in the medium and high dose groups, IgG in every Xiaojianzhong groups and IgMl in the high-dose group were significantly higher than those in the model group(P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaojianzhongtang has anti-fatigue effect, and regulating immunity may be its anti-fatigue mechanism.
