摘要
概述了高镍三元正极材料前驱体的制备方法和工艺流程,进行了高镍三元前驱体生产工艺的物料平衡和物流分析计算,探讨了高镍三元正极材料前驱体车间组成、工艺平面布置、厂房土建、工艺配套、设备选型以及智能制造设计和绿色制造设计,为高镍三元正极材料前驱体的项目设计提供了较为切实可行的参考方案。
The preparation method and technological process of high nickel ternary cathode material precursor were summarized in the present paper. The material balance and logistics analysis of high nickel ternary precursor production process were calculated.The workshop composition, process layout, civil engineering, process matching, equipment selection, intelligent manufacturing design and green manufacturing design of high nickel ternary cathode material precursor were discussed to provide a more feasible reference scheme for the project design of high nickel ternary cathode material precursor.
