摘要
目的:探讨化瘀消癓杀胚中药复方对人输卵管妊娠滋养细胞趋化因子受体CXCR4表达的影响。方法:原代培养的输卵管妊娠滋养细胞与低、中、高不同剂量中药复方共同培养48 h后,用免疫细胞化学染色法检测各组细胞中CXCR4表达情况。结果:与对照组比较,中药低、中、高剂量组滋养细胞中CXCR4的相对光密度值分别为79.3%、59.2%、29.3%,表达水平均阳性下降。低剂量组滋养细胞CXCR4的表达水平与阴性对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),中剂量组滋养细胞CXCR4的表达与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高剂量组滋养细胞CXCR4的表达与阴性对照组比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:化瘀消癓杀胚中药复方可显著降低输卵管妊娠滋养细胞中CXCR4的表达。
Objective :To explore the impact of the Huayu Xiaozheng Shapei Decoction on the expression of chemokine receptor CXCR4 in the human tubal gestational trophoblast cell. Methods :Primary cultured tubal gestational trophoblast cells were co-cultured with low,medium and high doses of Chinese herbal compound for 48 hours. The expression of CXCR4 in each group was detected using immunocytochemical staining. Results :Compared with the control group,the relative light density values of CXCR4 were 79.3%,59.2% and 29.3% respectively in the low,medium and high doses group,all showed decreased expression. There was no significant difference on the expression of CXCR4 between the control group and low doses group(P>0.05),and compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant for the medium doses group(P<0.05)and high dose group(P<0.01). Conclusion :Huayu Xiaozheng Shapei Decoction can significantly decrease the expression of chemokine receptor CXCR4 in the human tubal gestational trophoblast cells.
