张士舜教授治疗结节性红斑临床经验

摘要
张士舜教授认为结节性红斑为细胞良性增生,用小剂量的抗细胞增生中草药为君药是其治疗特色.例举典型验案,在该理论指导下将半枝莲、白花蛇舌草、重楼、苦参、乌骨藤等中草药叠加,再佐以祛湿、活血、化瘀之品,以皮入皮的中药为使,对患者施以治疗.结果表明,采用抗细胞增生中草药治疗结节性红斑疗效显著.
Professor Zhang thinks that erythema nodosum belongs to benign proliferation and his clinical feature is to treat with a small dose of herbal medicine of anti-cell proliferation.Using the theory and listing the typical medical case,he treats the patients with the herbal medicine including Herba Scutellariae Barbatae,Herba Oldenlandiae,Rhizoma Paridis,Radix Sophorae Flavescertis and Radix Fissistigmae Glaucescentis,the medicine with the function of dispelling dampness,promoting circulation and removing stasis as adjuvar and the skin class medicine as envoy drug to introduce the medicine into the skin.The result showed that it is a significant effect by using the anti-cell proliferation herbal medicine to cure erythema nodosum.
