摘要
为衡量飞灰份额的取值对固体不完全燃烧热损失数值的影响,本文调研了五个燃煤粉锅炉电厂的试验数据,计算分析了固体不完全燃烧热损失以及供电标准煤耗随飞灰份额变化的规律。结果得出,飞灰含碳量与炉渣含碳量存在差异时,飞灰份额变化对固体不完全燃烧热损失产生影响,固体不完全燃烧热损失随飞灰份额呈线性关系变化,且飞灰含碳量与炉渣含碳量偏差越大,飞灰份额对固体不完全燃烧热损失影响越大;另外,对影响固体不完全燃烧热损失大小的其他因素进行分析,得出燃劣质煤、灰分含量高的煤种时,飞灰份额对固体不完全燃烧热损失的影响偏大;最后分析计算了飞灰份额对固体不完全燃烧热损失和供电标准煤耗的影响程度,飞灰份额变化0.05,固体不完全燃烧热损失变化0.03%~0.13%、供电标准煤耗变化为0.3~1.1 g/kWh。可见,飞灰份额变化对固体不完全燃烧热损失及供电标准煤耗影响较大,在锅炉热效率计算不可简单取值估算。
        In order to meature the effect of the unburned carbon heat loss caused by the fly ash ratios,data of five sets different kinds of coal from pulverized coal boiler in the actual operating conditions are used to analyze the influence of fly ash ratios on the unburned carbon heat loss and standard coal consumption of power supply. The result shows when the fly ash carbon content is different from slag carbon content,the change of fly ash ratios will impact he unburned carbon heat loss,and their relationship is linear,and when the deviation of fly ash carbon content and slag carbon content is greater,the impact of fly ash ratios on the unburned carbon heat loss is greater. In addition,analyzing the other factors affecting on unburned carbon heat loss,after analysis,when low quality coal and high ash content of coal are burned,the effect of fly ash ratios on unburned carbon heat loss is larger. Finally,the influence of fly ash ratios on unburned carbon heat loss and standard coal consumption of power supply are calculated and analyzed. When the change of fly ash ratios is 0. 05,the change of unburned carbon heat loss is 0. 03% ~0. 13%,and standard coal consumption of power supply changes 0. 3 ~ 1. 1 g/kWh. Thus it can be seen,the change of fly ash ratios has great influence on unburned carbon heat loss and standard coal consumption of power supply,so it can not be simply estimated in the calculation of the boiler thermal efficiency.
