摘要
目的 :调查贵州省各级医院对各专科护士的使用情况及贵州省专科护士发展现状,为我省专科培训下一步的发展及政策出台提供依据。方法 :采用描述性研究的方法,由课题组自行设计问卷,由各医院护理部统一通知本院相关人员参与在线调查。结果 :贵州省122家医院共2 877名专科护士参与调查,108家二级以上医院护理部参与医院专科护士管理情况调查。29.4%的专科护士与一般护士的工作内容无区别,44.9%的专科护士与一般护士工作区别不大,超过30%的专科护士对目前的工作现状不满意;84.3%的医院有专科护士相关登记制度,65.7%的医院有专科护士准入制度,69.4%的医院没有为专科护士提高待遇。结论 :专科护士培训推动了专科护理的发展,但专科护士岗位职责有待进一步明确,专科护士待遇有待进一步提高,专科护士的管理规范和制度亟待健全,应加强专科护士高层次、多角度的培养。
        Objective: To investigate the current status of utilization and management of Specialty Nurse(SN) in Guizhou province. Methods: It was an online survey. The self-designed questionnaire was used in this survey. Results: A total of 2,877 SNs from 122 hospitals and the nurse managers from 108 hospitals were participated in this survey. There was 29.4% and 44.9% SNs having the same or nearly the same job description with the other nurses, respectively. More than 30% of SNs were not satisfied with the current working status. There were registration systems for SNs in 84.3% of the hospitals. Admission system for SNs existed in 65.7% hospitals. The SNs did not get more pay in 69.4% of the hospitals. Conclusion: The duties and responsibilities of SNs in Guizhou province need to be further clarified, and the management regulations for SNs needs to be improved.
