摘要
介绍了公用电动给水泵系统的组成和工艺流程,针对常规控制方式存在的问题对控制逻辑进行了优化改进,增加了电动给水泵供电模式和运行模式的选择功能,避免了由于误操作和保护误动造成的设备损害、机组非停等事故。实施结果表明,该方案较好地满足了公用电动给水泵系统的控制要求,并具有较强的通用性和实用性。
This paper introduces the constitution and production process of the public electric feed water pump, presents the optimized and improved proposal focuses on the control logic and existing problems in the conventional control. In addition to this, the selection function of the mode of power supply and operation which is used for avoiding the equipment damages and the unplanned outage made by misoperation and protection maloperation is raised in this paper. The result shows that this proposal satisfies with the request of the pump system properly and has strong versatility and practicability.
