严世芸论咳

摘要
慢性反复发作支气管炎咳嗽临床多见,严世芸教授强调基本病机为正虚邪实,肺失宣肃。除中医传统治疗外,强调有以下几点:有痰者,以祛痰为先;无痰者,以养肺润燥为法;治咳应兼五脏;治咳嗽不忘补养;治咳慎用敛涩之品等经验。
Chronic recurrent bronchitis cough is more common in clinic.Professor YAN Shi-yun emphasized that the basic pathogenesis of this disease was body resistance weakened while pathogenic factors prevailing and impaired depurative descending of lung qi.In addition to traditional Chinese medicine treatment, professor YAN also stressed the following points:those who had phlegm should give priority to eliminate phlegm with the therapy as nourishing lung and moistening dryness; treatment of cough should give consideration to five zang viscera; treatment of cough should give consideration to benefiting; treatment of cough should be careful use of astringent drugs.
