敢为人先,创为人新——严世芸的教育思想及学术贡献探讨

摘要
严世芸教授,全国名中医,中医教育改革的领头羊,长期秉承着"以学生为中心、为了每个学生的发展"的理念,近30年来坚持教育改革,不断转变教育思想和观念,围绕构建中医药创新人才培养体系,在全校范围内进行了卓有成效的系列改革;积极变革教育内容和教学方法,探索早临床、多临床、基础与临床融合的中医实践教学新模式;率先倡导高等教育和师承教育相结合;培养学生的开拓精神、创造能力、应变能力、参与社会活动能力,使我校毕业的学生在中医药人才市场上形成了品牌效应,综合素质获得了好评。
Professor Yan Shiyun, a pacemaker of TCM education reform, adheres to the ideas of centering students and serving for development of each student. He insists educational reform, transforms his educational thought and concept, and has carried out a series of reforms around constructing TCM innovative personnel training system within the whole university for about 30 years. He initiates to change educational content and teaching methods,explores new mode of practical teaching, takes the lead in integrating higher education and disciple education, and cultivates students' pioneering spirit, innovative ability, strain capacity and ability to participate social activities.The graduates from our university have formed brand effect in TCM personnel market and get good reputation.
