王晞星教授从“寒热错杂”入手运用半夏泻心汤治疗放射性直肠炎经验

摘要
放射性直肠炎是腹盆腔肿瘤放疗后的常见并发症,随着目前肿瘤患者接受放疗的人数不断增多,放射性直肠炎的发病率也处于逐年攀升的状态,严重降低了肿瘤患者的生存质量。现代医学治疗上多以激素控制或按其他炎症性肠病处理,往往不能有效根治,所以相对于发病率的居高不下,放射性直肠炎的治愈率却一直难以满意。王晞星教授深入剖析放射性直肠炎的病机为寒热错杂,选用半夏泻心汤加减治疗,收效甚佳。
Radiation proctitis is a common complication after radiotherapy of abdominal and pelvic tumor. With the increasing number of patients receiving radiotherapy, the incidence of radiation proctitis is also rising in recent years, which seriously reduces the quality of life of the tumor patients. Modern medical treatment is mostly treated with hormone control or use other inflammatory bowel disease treatment, which often can not be effectively cured, so the cure rate of Radiation proctitis is always difficult to be satisfied with its high incidence. Professor Wang Xixing analyzed the pathogenesis of radiation proctitis was mixed cold and heat.So,he used Banxia Xiexin Decoction for it and have great curative effect.
