摘要
目的为野鸦椿子的开发利用及建立合理的质量标准提供科学依据。方法在市场与野外调查的基础上,收集不同批次的样品,通过外观性状鉴别及高效液相色谱法测定紫云英苷含量等,探讨野鸦椿子的质量评价方法并初步做出质量评价。结果野外采集与市场调查所得的样品与相关文献描述的性状特征相近,但不同批次的样品存在一定的区别;野鸦椿子出仁率平均在37%左右;HPLC法测定野鸦椿子中紫云英苷含量约为20~40μg·g~(-1)。结论野鸦椿子的性状与紫云英苷含量具有一定关联性,以紫云英苷含量作为指标来评价野鸦椿子的方法可行;以外观呈卵圆形,粒大饱满,假种皮纵脉纹较深,色紫红色者为佳。
OBJECTIVE To provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of Fructus seu Semen Euscaphis Japonicae and the establishment of reasonable quality standards.METHODS On the basis of market and field investigations,different batches of samples were collected,then discuss the quality evaluation method of Fructus seu Semen Euscaphis japonicae and initially make quality assessment through the identification of appearance traits and the determination the content of astragalin by HPLC.RESULTS The characteristics of the samples collected from the field collection and market surveys are similar to those described in the relevant literature,but there are certain differences between the samples of different batches;the average arable force of Fructus seu Semen Euscaphis japonicae is about 37%;The content of astragalin in Fructus seu Semen Euscaphis japonicae is about 20-40μg·g~(-1) by HPLC.CONCLUSION The traits of Fructus seu Semen Euscaphis japonicae have a certain correlation with the content of astragalin.The method of evaluating Fructus seu Semen Euscaphis japonicae using the content of astragalin as an index is feasible;The appearance of round,full,aril wrinkles deep,purple color is better.
