中西医结合治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎合并HP感染临床观察

摘要
目的:观察暖肝煎联合西药治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎合并HP感染的临床疗效。方法:将103例患者随机分为两组,对照组52例,给予奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素口服治疗。治疗组51例,在对照组基础上给予暖肝煎煎剂口服治疗。两组均以15天为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组完全缓解35例,基本缓解14例,好转17例,无效10例,总有效率80.4%;对照组完全缓解16例,基本缓解9例,好转10例,无效17例,总有效率67.3%;治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05),治疗组在降低症状积分。病理学评分,提高HP转阴率方面明显优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。两组均未出现严重的不良反应。结论:暖肝煎联合西药治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎合并HP感染疗效确切,优于单纯使用西药治疗。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Nuangan decoction and western medicine on chronic atrophic gastritis with HP infection of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach. Methods:103 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups.52 cases of control group were treated with oral Omeprazole,Amoxycillin and Clarithromycin,while 51 cases of treatment group were treated with oral Nuangan decoction on the basis of control group.For both groups,15 days as 1 course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results:In treatment group,35 cases were relieved completely,14 cases were relieved basically,17 cases were improved,10 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 80.4%. In control group,3 cases were relieved completely,9 cases were relieved basically,10 cases were improved,17 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 67.3%. The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the pathological condition of gastroscope(P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Nuangan decoction and western medicine on chronic atrophic gastritis with HP infection of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach is definite,and better than that of single western medicine.
