摘要
在建立单相中频逆变器数学模型的基础上,把负载和输出变压器漏感参数作为不确定因素,利用稳健控制中的结构奇异值分析和综合方法设计了一个2自由度稳健控制器.通过软件对该方法进行了仿真验证,并在20kW试验样机上进行相关实验.结果表明:所设计的2自由度稳健控制器能够使中频逆变器有很好的动静态性能和稳健性能,稳态电压稳定在114.5~115.5V,动态恢复时间在10ms以内.
On the basis of the single-phase medium frequency inverter mathematical model,parameters of the load and the output transformer leakage inductance are acted as uncertain factors,a two-degree-of-freedom robust controller is designed based on structured singular value analysis and synthesis methods.The method is simulated and related experiments are test with the 20 kW prototype.Simulation and experimental results show that the two-degree-of-freedom robust controller can make medium frequency inverter have good dynamic and static performance,have good robustness,with the steady state voltage stability within114.5~115.5V,and dynamic recovery time in 10 ms.
