摘要
介绍基于Inventor软件进行某核电站反应堆本体设备的吊装路径仿真优化分析方法。在完成反应堆本体设备三维建模后,利用Inventor软件的驱动约束功能对一体化顶盖组件、上部堆内构件和下部堆内构件进行吊装路径仿真分析,得到优化的吊装路径,为现场的吊装操作提供指导。
Introduces the simulation and optimization analysis method of hoisting path for reactor equipment in a nuclear plant based on Inventor software. After completing the three-dimensional modelling of the reactor equipment, simulates and analyses the hoisting path of the integrated head package, the upper internals and the lower internals by using the constraints driving function of Inventor software. The optimized hoisting path is obtained, which provides guidance for hoisting operation on site.
