基于脾胃理论探析刘完素与赵献可的寒温之辨

摘要
作为中医学发展的重要基石,寒温理论的不同认识,催生了诸多中医学术之争鸣,而寒凉与温补两派持续了近千年的辩论,则尤显十分突出。两派代表刘完素与赵献可二位医家对此的分歧,特别是在脾胃理论方面,便存在着诸多矛盾,同时亦蕴含不少潜在共鸣。这为进一步阐释两派学术思想,挖掘中医学理论,提供了方便且值得深入的研究途径。故本文试图通过分别比较二位医家基于脾胃的寒温认识,来研究探讨此中争鸣的原因、内涵、启示等内容,从而为管窥两派思想特点,乃至中医学术发展动力,或可作出一定揭示及参考。
As an important cornerstone of the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the different understanding of cold and warm theory has led to many academic debates of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The debate between "coldness and coolness" school of thought and "warm invigoration" school of thought, which has lasted for nearly a thousand years, is particularly prominent. There are many contradictions and yet potential resonances between Liu Wansu and Zhao Xianke, representatives of the two school of thought, especially in the theory of spleen and stomach.This provides a convenient and valuable path for further revealing the academic thoughts of these two schools and excavating the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Therefore, this paper attempts to explore the reasons, connotations and revelation of the contention by comparing the two physicians' understanding of cold and warm in the spleen and stomach, so as to reveal the characteristics of these two schools of thought and even the driving force of the academic development of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which may provide some revelation and reference.
