棉籽蛋白质发泡剂在混凝土中的应用研究

摘要
以水泥、粉煤灰为主要原料,以棉籽蛋白发泡剂、添加的外加剂为辅助原料。以搅拌发泡剂产生的泡沫制作泡沫混凝土试块,干燥养护后对泡沫混凝土的抗压抗折性、密度、吸水率进行测量。研究水灰比、物料配比、发泡剂添加量、搅拌发泡时间、加入速凝剂和减水剂的影响。结果表明,在水灰比0.40,发泡剂添加量3%~4%,水泥与粉煤灰配比6∶4,发泡剂的搅拌时间5 min;加入1%的萘系减水剂,1%的硫酸钠,0.07%的三乙醇胺,使得其强度与性能之间取得平衡,在降低容重的前提下最小程度地降低泡沫混凝土的强度。
        In this paper,cement,fly ash as the main raw materials,cottonseed protein foaming agent,naphthalene superplasticizer,sodium,triethanolamine,water as a secondary raw material. Foam blowing agents to produce a stirring production of foam concrete block,dry curing of the foam concrete compressive and flexural resistance,density,water absorption were measured. Research cement ratio,material ratio,the amount of blowing agent added,mixing foaming time,and adding impact accelerators and water reducer. Experimental results showed that the water-cement ratio 0.40, blowing agent 3% ~4%,cement and fly ash ratio 6 ∶4,stirring time of the blowing agent 5 min, the naphthalene-based water reducing agent 1%,1% sodium sulphate, triethanolamine 0.07%, so that it strikes a balance between the strength and performance, in the premise of reducing the minimum density to reduce the strength of the foam concrete.
