大剂量注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击治疗难治性癫痫患儿的疗效观察与护理

摘要
目的探讨大剂量注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击治疗难治性癫痫的临床疗效,总结相关护理措施。方法选取2013年4月至2017年4月我院收治的难治性癫痫患儿40例作为研究对象,均给予大剂量注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击治疗和醋酸泼尼松片维持治疗,期间给予精细护理干预。统计临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果 40例患儿均顺利完成治疗,控制14例,显效13例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率为87. 50%。6例患儿有兴奋表现,1例出现轻度血压升高,不良反应发生率为17. 50%,均在停药1周后自行消失。结论对于难治性癫痫患儿,给予大剂量注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击治疗,配合精细护理,效果确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of high-dose injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate pulse therapy for intractable epilepsy,and to summarize the relevant nursing measures. Methods A total of 40 children with intractable epilepsy who were admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to April 2017 were selected as the study subjects. We gave them high-dose injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate pulse therapy and prednisone acetate tablets for maintenance treatment. During the treatment period,we also provided them with fine nursing intervention. Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions occurrence were counted. Results All of the 40 children completed the treatment successfully,among which 14 cases were controlled,13 cases were effective significantly,8 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective,with the total effective rate of 87. 50%. There were six children had excitatory performance,and one child developed mild blood pressure elevation. The incidence of adverse reactions was 17. 50%. All of these adverse reactions disappeared after 1 week of drug withdrawal. Conclusion For children with intractable epilepsy,combining high-dose injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate pulse therapy with fine nursing can achieve clear treatment effect.
