乡村振兴下黑龙江垦区农业人才发展的研究

摘要
乡村振兴下,人才是关键。农业农村高质量的发展需要农业人才支撑,通过黑龙江垦区农业人才供需现状的研究,探究黑龙江垦区农业人才发展的制约因素,提出要制定更有活力的人才政策、全面加强人才融合发展、全方位建设人才培训体系等建议,为黑龙江垦区农业人才进一步发展奠定基础。
Rural revitalization, talent is the key. The high-quality development of rural needs the support of agricultural talents. Through study on the supply and demand of agricultural talents in Heilongjiang reclamation area, the restrictive factors of agricultural talents development in Heilongjiang reclamation area were explored. Several suggestions were put forward, such as formulating a more dynamic talent policy, comprehensively strengthening the integration and development of talents, constructing an all-round talent training system, and so on, which will lay a foundation for the further development of agricultural talents in Heilongjiang reclamation area.
