蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B在肿瘤中的两面性作用研究进展

摘要
癌症严重降低人类生活质量和寿命,对其发生发展过程中分子机制的研究已成为热点。蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B(PTP1B)是一种典型的非跨膜蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶,近年来研究表明其在不同肿瘤中发挥不同作用,在一些肿瘤中PTP1B作为抑癌基因发挥肿瘤抑制作用,但在另一些肿瘤中PTP1B作为促癌基因存在。本文对PTP1B在肿瘤中的表达情况、调控肿瘤发生的分子机制进行综述。
