中药归脾汤加减联合美沙酮对戒毒患者的疗效对比观察及对焦虑症状的影响研究

摘要
为了探讨中药归脾汤加减联合美沙酮对戒毒患者的疗效及对焦虑症状的影响,选取2017年6月—2018年6月陕西某戒毒所收治的戒毒患者96例,随机分为两组,对照组应用美沙酮治疗,研究组应用中药归脾汤联合美沙酮治疗。结果显示:研究组干预效果好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良情况少于对照组(P<0.05)。运用美沙酮虽可对戒断的症状有所缓解,但身体的倦怠及其情感和睡眠的障碍、食欲不振等戒断稽延性症状没有得到缓解。依照中医辨证的论治理论以及多靶点中药的作用特点,外加滋阴益气安神的中药和美沙酮进行联合作用,效果较好。在进行戒毒的治疗过程当中,中药归脾汤的治疗效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
In order to explore the effect of Guipi Decoction plus Methadone on the anxiety symptoms of drug addicts, 96 drug addicts were randomly divided into two groups from June 2017 to June 2018. The control group was treated with methadone, while the research group was treated with Guipi Decoction combined with methadone. The results showed that the intervention effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05), and the adverse situation of the study group was less than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Therefore, although the use of methadone can alleviate withdrawal symptoms, physical burnout, emotional and sleep disorders, loss of appetite and other protracted withdrawal symptoms have not been alleviated. According to the theory of syndrome differentiation of TCM and the characteristics of multi-target TCM, the combined effect of traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing Yin, benefiting Qi and tranquilizing mind and methadone is better. In the course of detoxification treatment, Guipi Decoction, a traditional Chinese medicine, has an ideal therapeutic effect and should be further popularized and applied in clinic.
