摘要
通过建立数学模型,模拟研究了大矿批对煤气稳定性、矿焦层界面效应及软熔带"焦窗"透气性的影响,认为:扩大矿批后会对炉况的稳定性和煤气利用起到积极作用;在软熔层数n和焦软比m一定时,增加料层厚度,对软熔体宽度L的形成具有两面性,总的效果是使软熔带沿径向得到发展,不利于软熔带透气性的改善,但变化趋势小于L随软熔层数n的变化;扩大矿批要有"度",实行大矿批必须采取有效措施使中心开放,否则透气性变坏。
By establishing a mathematical model,the effects of large ore batches on the stability of gas,the interface effect of coke bed and the permeability of " coke window" in cohesive zone are simulated and studied.It is considered that the expansion of ore batch will play a positive role in the stability of furnace condition and the utilization of gas.When the number of soft melt layers(n) and the ratio of coke to soft(m) are fixed,increasing the thickness of material layer has two sides to the formation of soft melt width(L).The overall effect is to make the soft melt zone develop along the radial direction,which is not conducive to the improvement of the permeability of the soft melt zone.However,the trend of change is smaller than that of soft melt width(L) with the number of soft melt layers(n),it is necessary to take effective measures to make the center open,otherwise the permeability becomes worse.
