牛蒡子精油的提取及成分分析

摘要
牛蒡子是重要的中药之一,牛蒡子果实的牛蒡甙经过水解生成的牛蒡甙元有抗癌活性。用水蒸气蒸馏法从牛蒡子中提取精油,并计算提取率及对所提取的牛蒡子精油通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行成分分析,得出其主要的成分。本文所得结果进一步丰富了牛蒡子的内容,为增加对牛蒡子的开发利用提供理论参考~([1])。
Arctium lappa is one of the most important traditional Chinese medicines. Arctigenin have anticancer activity, from burdock glucoside fructus by hydrolysis. Essential oil was extracted from arctium lappa by distillation, the extraction rate was calculated, and the main components of arctium lappa essential oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results in this paper further enriched the contents of arctium lappa, and provided a theoretical reference for the development and utilization of arctium lappa~([1]).
