摘要
对电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS法)测定菠菜中铬含量的测量不确定度进行评定,在建立数学模型的基础上,分析了检测过程中不确定度的来源和对测定结果的影响,并对影响测量结果的不确定度分量进行了量化计算。结果表明:铬含量为0.110 mg·kg~(-1)时,扩展不确定度为0.008 mg·kg~(-1)(k=2)。
The uncertainty of quantitative detemination of chromium in spinach was evaluated by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Based on the building of mathematical model, this paper analyzed sources of uncertainty in performance testing process and influences on the determination results. Also the sources of the uncertainty of measurement were analyzed. The results are as following: when the content of chromium was 0.110 mg·kg~(-1), the expanded uncertainty was0.008 mg·kg~(-1)(k=2).
