摘要
目前测定食品中硒元素最普遍的方法为氢化物原子荧光光谱法,GB 5009.93—2017《食品安全国家标准食品中硒的测定》将氢化物原子荧光光谱法作为检测食品中硒元素的第一法,本实验改进优化了此方法的前处理方法。经过方法的准确度和精密度试验,结果显示:改进优化后的前处理方法具有较高的准确度和精密度(RSD<5%),且操作更加方便、简单、快捷,适用于食品中硒元素的测定。
At present, hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry is the most commonly method for the determination of selenium in food. The method of hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry is stipulated in National Food Safety Standard Determination of Selenium in Foods(GB 5009.93—2017) as the first method. On this basic, our experiment improves and optimizes the pretreatment method of the national standard method. The results showed that the improved method had better accuracy and precision(RSD<5%) compared with the national standard method, and the operation process was more convenient and simple. It is very suitable for the determination of selenium in food.
