摘要
对1 500t江海直达货船的轴系扭振进行了计算,计算结果表明,转速为1 092.7r/min时,曲轴扭振应力超过许用值,需要设置转速禁区,方能满足规范要求。通过对计算结果进行分析,总结了小型高速柴油机作主机的推进轴系扭振特点,提出了轴系设计的改进意见,用以指导该船舶安全运行以及后续该型船舶轴系的设计。
The torsional vibration of a 1500 tcargo ship is calculated.The calculation results show that the crankshaft torsional vibration stress will exceed allowable values when the main engine speed reach 1092.7 r/min,it is needed to set up speed restricted range,to meet the requirements of the rules.By analyzing the calculation results,the essay summarizes the characteristics of the marine propulsion shafting torsional vibration of small high-speed diesel used as a main engine,proposes improvements in the design of shafting,it is of guiding significance to the safe operation of the ship and the design of shafting of this ship type.
