光照对金叶风箱果叶色恢复及光系统Ⅱ的影响

摘要
以3年生金叶风箱果(Physocarpus opulifolius‘Lutein’)为试材,先遮荫使其叶色变为绿色,然后再进行全光照处理,旨在探明光照对金叶风箱果叶色恢复及光系统Ⅱ的影响。结果表明:光照处理后,金叶风箱果叶片迅速恢复为黄色。叶绿素a、叶绿素b以及叶绿素总量均在第2天出现最大值,分别比处理前增加了27.79%、34.75%、28.97%,差异极显著(P<0.01);净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(gs)整体均呈现先上升后下降的趋势;随处理时间的延长,初始荧光(Fo)的值表现为先降低后升高,最大荧光(Fm)的值整体表现为下降的趋势,PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)的值先升高后降低,在处理第1天时略有升高,比处理前增加了1.41%,无显著差异,后逐渐下降;见光后,与能量分配比率有关的快速叶绿素荧光参数φPo、Ψo、φEo的值均出现减小的趋势,而φDo的值则逐渐增大;光照处理后,单位反应中心吸收的能量(APS/RC)增大,单位反应中心用于热耗散的能量(DIo/RC)升高,表明单位PSⅡ反应中心所吸收的光能分配到电子传递的能量减少,而是更多以热耗散的形式散发出来。综上可知,充足的光照有利于金叶风箱果叶片呈色,但其光系统Ⅱ在强光照射下短期会受到一定损伤。
        In order to study the effect of light on leaf color restoration and photosystemsⅡ,the three-year-old Physocarpus opulifolius‘Lutein'was used as the material in the experiment,and the leaves of Physocarpus opulifolius‘Lutein'were first shasded till turning green,and then exposed to full light.The results indicated that:the leaf color of this plant rapidly restored to yellow after the light treatment.The content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll were all the largest at 2 nd day,which significantly increased by 27.79%,34.75%,and 28.97% compared with the pretreatment.The photosynthetic rate(Pn)and stomatal conductance(gs)both showed an increase first before the decrease.The initial fluorescence intensity(Fo)showed a decrease first before the increase.The maximal fluorescence intensity(Fm)decreased on the whole and the maximal phatochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm)was increased first and then decreased,which was slightly higher in the treatment of 1 st day with an increase of 1.41%compare to the pretreatment,and then gradually decreased with the treatment time prolonged.After being exposed to light,the value of chlorophyll fluorescence parametersφPo,ΨoandφEoall decreased,while the value ofφDoincreased.After the light treatment,the absorption flux per reaction center(ABS/RC)increased and the dissipated energy flux per reaction center(DIo/RC)increased significantly,which indicated the light energy of absorption flux per PSⅡreaction center was less distributed to the electron for transferring energy,but more transformed in the form of heat dissipation.It is considered that full light is beneficial to leaves coloration,but its photosystem Ⅱ can be damaged under strong light within a short period of time.
