不同品种矾根叶色表现与色素含量关系研究

摘要
为研究矾根叶色与叶片内色素含量的关系,以8个品种的矾根为试验材料,研究不同品种矾根叶色参数与呈色色素叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花色素苷之间的关系。结果表明,绿色系矾根森林之茵和甜心辣妹的亮度值和饱和度较高;紫色系品种李子蛋糕的亮度值和饱和度较低。相关性分析结果表明,亮度值和饱和度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),亮度值和黄蓝饱和度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);黄蓝饱和度和饱和度呈极显者正相关(P<0.01),色相角、叶绿素b含量和叶片中类胡萝卜素含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。
        In order to study the relationship between leaf color and pigment content in the leaves,we used 8 kinds of Heuchera micranthato find the relationship between the color parameters and the contents of chlorophyll,carotenoid and anthocyanin.It was found that brightness value and the saturation of‘Kira Forest Green'and‘Sweet Pepper'were higher.The brightness value and saturation of ‘Plum Royale'were lower.Correlation analysis showed that the brightness value was positively and extremel,significantly correlated with saturation,and the brightness value was positively and extremely significantly correlated with yellow blue saturation.The yellow blue saturation was positively and extremely significantly correlated with the saturation while metric hue angle and chlorophyll b content were positively correlated with the carotenoid content in the leaves.
