基于科学计量学的国内企业知识转移研究热点和前沿分析

摘要
【目的/意义】知识转移是知识管理重要研究领域,企业知识转移的知识和技术已成为企业核心竞争力提升的关键以及对企业最有价值的资源。通过企业知识转移领域的研究文献来分析该领域研究热点及前沿,以期对国内企业知识转移相关研究工作有益。【方法/过程】基于科学计量学的方法,运用科学知识图谱分析工具CiteSpace对国内企业知识转移的科学文献进行分析研究,文献数据来源于CNKI,并通过普赖斯曲线方程说明了本文数据满足"查全率",从关键词共现分析、作者和机构合作分析、聚类分析及突变词检测等方面揭示国内企业知识转移领域的研究力量、研究热点、演化发展脉络和研究前沿等。【结果/结论】对过去26年里CNKI数据库中出版的关于企业知识转移的文献进行分析,发现文献发文量变化特征,科学地梳理了国内企业知识转移研究的研究力量、热点、演化脉络、前沿等。
【Purpose/significance】Knowledge transfer is an important research field of knowledge management. The knowledge and technology of enterprise knowledge transfer has become the key to the improvement of core competitiveness of enterprises and the most valuable resources for enterprises. Through the research literature in the field of enterprise knowledge transfer, the research hotspots and frontiers are analyzed, in order to benefit the research work related to enterprises knowledge transfer in domestic.【Method/process】Based on the method of Scientometrics, the research analyzes the scientific literature of enterprises knowledge transfer in domestic by means of the mapping knowledge domains analysis tool called CiteSpace. The literature data of this paper is collected from CNKI. In addition, through the Price's curve equation,the data in this paper meets the "recovery rate". Based on the co-keyword analysis, cluster analysis, co-author analysis, coinstitution analysis, burst iterms detection, etc., the paper reveals the research power, research hotspots, evolutionary development paths, and research frontiers in the field of enterprise knowledge transfer in China.【Result/conclusion】Through analyzing the literature on enterprise knowledge transfer published in the CNKI database in the past 26 years, this paper finds the characteristics of document publication changes, and scientifically combs the research power, hotspots, evolutionary development paths, and frontiers of enterprises knowledge transfer in domestic.
