摘要
基于对75个医疗团队的实证调查,从团队认知的角度探讨了包容性领导对团队绩效的影响,并引入任务互依性作为调节变量。层次回归分析结果表明:1)包容性领导对团队绩效有显著的正向影响;2)团队知识共享和团队交互记忆系统在包容性领导与团队绩效间起中介作用;3)任务互依性显著调节团队知识共享和团队交互记忆系统对团队绩效的影响作用。
Based on a survey of 75 medical teams,this study aims to investigate the relationship between inclusive leadership and team performance from a team cognition perspective,and takes task interdependence as the moderating variable.Hierarchical regression analysis shows that:1)Inclusive leadership has a positive effect on team performance;2)Team knowledge sharing and transactive memory system play mediating roles on the effect of inclusive leadership on team performance;3)Task interdependence has significant and positive moderating roles on the relationship between team knowledge sharing and team performance,transactive memory system and team performance.
