摘要
人端粒酶逆转录酶(h TERT)与癌症的发生发展息息相关。h TERT在宫颈癌及其癌前病变中的作用也已被广泛研究,主要涉及h TERT表达变化与宫颈癌前病变程度的关系以及h TERT表达水平作为宫颈癌诊断和预后的可行性等方面。h TERT在宫颈癌的诊断、预后及治疗中具有极为重要的临床价值。
        Human telomerase reverse transcriptase( h TERT) is closely related to the occurrence and development of cancer.The role of h TERT in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions has been widely studied,mainly involving the relationship of the change of h TERT expression and the degree of precancerous lesions and the feasibility of the expression of h TERT as the diagnosis and prognosis of cervical cancer,etc. h TERT plays an important role in the diagnosis,prognosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
