优质护理在提升消毒供应中心工作质量中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的:研究优质护理对消毒供应中心的工作质量的影响效果。方法:在2017年7-10月,在本院消毒供应中心,随机选取20名护理人员与320件医疗器械作为本次研究的对象,随机均分为各有10人的优质组和常规组。两组分别对160件医疗器械进行检测。通过培训不同护理方式,比较两组的器械灭菌合格率、器械包装合格率、器械清洗合格率、满意度、考核成绩和感染事件。结果:两组医护工作人员通过不同护理培训方式,优质组的器械清洗合格率为100.00%、器械灭菌合格率为99.38%,与常规组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.983,4.026;P <0.05);优质组人员对工作内容和安排满意的是10人,常规组是5人,两组差异有统计学意义(F=11.075,P <0.05);而且,优质组人员发生感染的有0例,而常规组有5例,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.167,P <0.05)。结论:优质护理能有效改善消毒供应中心的工作质量和工作效率,从而保证医用安全、减少人员感染,可以作为临床指导进行推广。
Objective: To study efficacy of quality nursing on the quality of work in anti-virus supply center. Methods: From July to October 2017, 20 nursing staff and 320 medical devices were randomly selected as the subjects of this study at the anti-virus supply center of the hospital. They were randomly divided into the high-quality group and the conventional group, 10 cases in each. In two groups, 160 medical devices were respectively tested. Based on different nursing methods, in two groups, instrument sterilization pass rate, equipment packaging pass rate, instrument cleaning pass rate, satisfaction, assessment results and infection events were compared.Results: The qualified rate of instrument cleaning in the high-quality group was 100.00%, and the pass rate of instrument sterilization was99.38%, the difference between the two groups was significant(χ~2=3.983, 4.026; P<0.05). The number of people who are satisfied with the work arrangement in the quality group is 10, and the number of the conventional group is 5, and the difference between the two groups is significant(F=11.075, P<0.05). There were 0 case in the high-quality group and 5 cases in the conventional group, and the difference was significant between two groups(χ~2=4.167, P<0.05). Conclusion: High-quality nursing can effectively improve the quality of work and work efficiency in the disinfection supply center, ensure medical safety, reduce infection, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
