摘要
目的对盆腔恶性肿瘤放射治疗的摆位误差进行探讨,以提高盆腔恶性肿瘤放射治疗重复摆位的准确性。方法任意选择80例2015年1月—2017年1月在我院行放射治疗的盆腔恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为两组,在自然体位下,研究组以身体两侧"十"字激光线为放疗摆位标准,对照组采用腹前壁"十"字激光线为放射治疗摆位标准,测量两组患者的X(左右方向)、Y(头足方向)、Z(腹部方向)轴上的误差值。结果研究组在X轴位的摆位误差值为(4.4±2.5)mm,Z轴位为(3.5±2.6)mm,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组在Y轴位的摆位误差值为(2.7±1.2)mm,对照组误差值为(6.5±2.9)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对盆腔恶性肿瘤患者进行放射治疗时,应尽可能以身体两侧"十"字激光线为摆位基准线,有效降低摆位误差。
        Objective To investigate the setting error of radiotherapy for pelvic malignant tumor, so as to improve the accuracy of repeated radiotherapy for pelvic malignant tumor. Methods 80 cases of pelvic malignant tumor in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly selected, and were randomly divided into two groups, in the natural position, the study group on both sides of the body "ten" word line laser setup standard for radiotherapy, the control group used the anterior abdominal wall "ten" laser line setup standards for radiation therapy, the two groups were measured X(left and right direction) and Y(head and foot direction), Z(abdominal direction) error values. ResultsThe setting error of the study group in the X axis was(4.4±2.5) mm, and the Z axis was(3.5±2.6) mm, and there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P > 0.05). The setting error of the study group in the Y axis was(2.7±1.2) mm, and the error value of the control group was(6.5±2.9) mm, with significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion When radiotherapy is performed on patients with pelvic malignant tumor, the "ten" laser line on both sides of the body should be used as the baseline of the pendulum, so that the pendulum error can be effectively reduced.
